Yes: within three days of delivery, unworn, with the tags on, exchanged for another piece — at the shop in Mirpur 10 or by sending it back with the courier. Ring or message first so we know it is coming and can hold the piece you want instead.

Once a fall or pico has been stitched or the blouse piece cut, the saree cannot be exchanged, so make the decision before the tailor. The full policy is on the returns page.
