Questions we get asked
I live abroad. Can I order and have it delivered to my family in Bangladesh?
Yes, and it is what most of these orders are. You choose the saree here, give us the address in Bangladesh, and we deliver to that door. The saree never leaves the country — no customs, no international courier, no waiting weeks.
How do I pay from another country?
Either pay online by card, or choose cash on delivery and let whoever receives the parcel pay the rider at the door. Families often prefer the second: nothing is paid until the saree is in their hands, and you never have to move money across a border.
How long does it take?
Next day inside Dhaka, three to five working days anywhere else in Bangladesh. We send the tracking number on WhatsApp so you can follow it yourself from wherever you are.
Can I see the real piece before I buy?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send photographs and a short video of the actual saree off the rack, in daylight. Almost everybody ordering from abroad asks for this, and we would rather you did.
What if they do not like it?
They can refuse it at the door and pay nothing, or bring it to our shop in Mirpur 10 within seven days to exchange. We would rather have it back than have it sit unworn.
Not sure which one?
