Terms & Conditions

These are the terms on which RAFI SHAREES sells, whether you order on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. 1.Who we are· আমরা কারা

2. 2.Prices· দাম

   • —All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm.
   • —A price can change without notice, but the price shown when you placed the order is the price you pay.
   • —If a price on the site is clearly a mistake, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel.

3. 3.Orders and confirmation· অর্ডার ও নিশ্চিতকরণ

   • —An order is accepted when we call or message you to confirm it. Until then either side may cancel without charge.
   • —If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will offer an alternative or cancel that item and refund any advance paid for it.

4. 4.Delivery· ডেলিভারি

   • —Inside Dhaka city: ৳60, usually 1–2 working days; free on orders over ৳3,000. Everywhere else in Bangladesh: ৳120, usually 3–5 working days, counted from the confirmation call.
   • —Delivery times are estimates. Weather, strikes and courier delays are outside our control; we will keep you informed.
   • —We deliver within Bangladesh only.

5. 5.Payment· পেমেন্ট

   • —Cash on delivery in all 64 districts: pay the courier when the parcel is in your hands.
   • —Bangla QR, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card: pay before dispatch. Online payments are processed by the payment provider; the order is confirmed when the payment succeeds.

6. 6.Cancellation· বাতিল

   • —You may cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is handed to the courier: call or message us with the order number.
   • —After dispatch, a cash-on-delivery parcel that is refused is returned to us; we may decline further cash-on-delivery orders to that number.

7. 7.Exchange and returns· বদল ও ফেরত

   • —See the Returns & Exchange policy. In short: unworn, within three days, exchanged at the counter or by arrangement.

8. 8.Photographs and colour· ছবি ও রং

   • —Every piece is photographed from several sides. Screens differ, so the shade may vary slightly from what you see; call us if the exact shade matters and we will describe it honestly.
   • —Hand-woven cloth has small irregularities in the weave. They are part of the craft, not defects.

9. 9.Law· আইন

   • —These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Dhaka.
