Returns & Exchange

We would rather you had the right piece than a refund. Exchanges are simple; refunds are for the cases where we could not supply what you paid for.

1. 1.Exchange· বদল

   • —Unworn, unwashed, with the fold and any blouse piece intact, within three days of receiving it.
   • —At the counter: bring it to Sha Ali Plaza, Mirpur 10 with your order number. No forms.
   • —Delivered orders: message or call us first with the order number and a photo. Send it back by courier or bring it in; once it reaches us we send the replacement. The return courier charge is yours unless the fault is ours.
   • —A piece cut, altered, washed or worn cannot be exchanged.

2. 2.Damaged or wrong item· ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য

   • —Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we replace it at our cost, including the courier both ways.

3. 3.Refunds· টাকা ফেরত

   • —Cash on delivery: nothing is paid until you accept the parcel, so there is nothing to refund; simply decline it if it is wrong or damaged.
   • —Advance payments (Bangla QR, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card): refunded in full when we cannot supply the item or it arrives damaged, to the same account or wallet, within 7 working days of our confirming the refund.
   • —Delivery charges are refunded when the fault is ours.

4. 4.How to start· যেভাবে শুরু করবেন

   • —Call +8801921101041, message us on WhatsApp, or come to the shop (Mon – Sat, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM). Have the order number ready — it is on your confirmation page and in your tracking link.
