You order, the shop rings to confirm the piece, the address and the day, and the parcel goes out by courier. The rider hands you a sealed packet and you pay them — nothing is paid in advance. Check that the packet is sealed and addressed to you, pay, and open it straight away.

Couriers do not allow opening before payment, so if anything is wrong — the wrong colour, a damaged piece — ring the shop at once and we arrange the exchange. The delivery fee is shown at checkout and is free inside Dhaka above the threshold shown there.
